For those who are certain of their accommodation dates and requirements, we have secured further savings courtesy of early bird rates – please note that these are non-refundable and payable at the time of booking. Other tariffs are fully flexible if you require the ability to amend your dates or cancel. Terms and conditions will be made clear for you to make you preferred choice prior to any commitment. FOr delegates who may wish to stay longer pre or post event, we have made your exclusive offer valid for stay on all room types commencing travel from 28th April 2025, to the last night for check-in on 8th May, 2025. Your special rate will be available for sale until midnight on 7th May 2025 for stays of 3 nights or longer (some 2 night stays may become available within 7 days of travel if there is sufficient availability however, we strongly recommend not to risk booking your accommodation this close to the event as Qube is an exceptionally busy resort..

All rates are in Australian Dollars, including tax. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV and covered secure car parking for 1 (one) vehicle per apartment are included. Please note that apartment/condominium style properties traditionally do not offer typical hotel amenities, such as daily housekeeping (although can be purchased at the resort for an additional $45 per day/service) and most do not provide room service, onsite restaurants, etc.

Deposit / Payment Policy

No Payment will be processed at time of booking for tariffs with a flexible policy advised, the balance for payment will be taken from the credit card provided on or around 7 days prior to arrival (depending if a weekend day or not. The total cost of the booking will be charged at the time of booking for tariffs with a non refundable/pay in advance terms and conditions applied.
Qube Broadbeach does not charge any fees for transactions made by credit or debit cards for Mastercard or Visa. A 2.95% surcharge applies to guests making payment by American Express Card.
Group Bookings: 5 rooms or more constitute a group. Should you require 5 or more apartments, please contact Qube on +61 (7) 5611 6000 to arrange your booking and advise you are staying for the purposes of attending the Expo4Barbers 2025 event.

Cancellations and Refunds

As per the preferred rate selected. Some rates are flexible with free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. Other “special offer” rates are non refundable. This will be clearly advised to you before selecting your stay.
