For those who are certain of their accommodation dates and requirements, we have secured further savings courtesy of early bird rates – please note that these are non-refundable and payable at the time of booking.  However, your special rate will apply for dates of stay anytime between 11th and 20th May 2025 for stays of 3 nights or longer.

All rates are in Australian Dollars, including tax.  Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV and covered secure car parking for 1 (one) vehicle per apartment are included. Please note that apartment/condominium style properties traditionally do not offer typical hotel amenities, such as daily housekeeping (although can be purchased at the resort for an additional $45 per day/service) and most do not provide room service, onsite restaurants, etc.

Deposit / Payment Policy

• No Payment will be processed at time of booking. Total cost of the booking will be charged 30 days / 720 hours prior to check-in time (14:00 hrs) of day of arrival.
• Qube Broadbeach does not charge any fees for transactions made by credit or debit cards for Mastercard or Visa.  A 2.95% surcharge applies to guests making payment by American Express Card.
• Group Bookings:  5 rooms or more constitute a group.   Should you require 5 or more apartments, please contact Qube on +61 (7) 5611 6000 to arrange your booking and advise you are staying for the purposes of attending the APS Festival of Psychology.

Cancellations and Refunds

• For a booking cancelled on the property website up to 30 day/s (720 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) – deposit refunded including cost of Value Added Items (if selected) (no cancellation fees).
  For a booking cancelled on the property website within 30 day/s (720 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) – no refund of the total booking value will be provided.
